What do I use to reapply sunscreen?

On days like these when there is a lot of outdoor activity, I reapply sunscreen in addition to the one I apply in the morning, and I always use Dr. G sunscreen for reapplication.
However, looking at community posts, it seems like you are applying touch-ups with various products.
You use both sun sticks and cushions; I would like to know which one is better to use.
I didn't really care much about it because I'm a man, but as I get older, my children are getting more concerned, saying that fair skin is better than dark skin.
Please recommend some good products.
