Serious about cleansing, get rid of sebum and blackheads with the 5-minute cleansing oil wash!
Hello. This is Paik's Coffee Vanilla Latte.
I have blackheads and whiteheads on my T-zone and chin, perhaps because my sebaceous glands are particularly developed. 😢 I even tried Aqua Peel. It definitely had an effect while I was getting the treatment, but as expected, you have to do it consistently for the effects to last. I couldn't help but think about the cost. So, I really looked into various methods and went through some "clinical trials" before finally settling on this one.
It’s not the first time I’ve used cleansing oil, but I realized I hadn’t been using the proper oil cleansing method. Members who say that using cleansing oil causes breakouts like milia to break out 100% of the time, please open your eyes wide and read carefully. do!
After a frantic search (searching for nothing but oils for 5 whole days), I found #SandaHwasunCleansingCamelliaOil.
And this is the #NeutrogenaGentleFoamingCleanser that I use daily. It is mildly acidic, so it is not irritating to my sensitive skin and does not feel very drying, so I can use it every day without any burden. However, this product is not a squeaky-clean cleanser.
First, I will roll the oil onto your dry hands and face. Don't skimp on the oil. You can definitely save more money than spending it at a dermatologist. Pump at least 4 times! Enough to the point where you think, "Isn't that excessive?" Please relax your fingers and roll gently for at least one minute.
As you roll it, sebum comes out and sometimes gets caught on your fingers. That thrill!
Once you finish rolling to some extent, lightly wet your hands with water. When you start rolling with water, it will turn a milky white color. Roll for at least 1 minute at this stage as well!
I focus a little more on rolling the T-zone and chin area. However, please do not apply too much pressure. Finish by rinsing with clean water.
Hang in there just a little longer. It's not over yet. We're moving on to the second cleansing step. We're going to apply it directly to your wet hands and face. Absolutely do not squeeze the cleanser directly onto your face; instead, squeeze an appropriate amount onto your hands and rub them together. Until it lathers! Imagine you are washing your face with the foam!
Apply the lather created in your hands to your face and massage for 1 minute. (This product does not produce a lot of foam.)
Finish by rinsing your face with clean water. Wash thoroughly until your skin feels slightly squeaky clean, and that completes the cleansing oil method for removing blackheads and whiteheads.
Actually, since I only wear lip products, tone-up cream, or sunscreen for color makeup, washing my face like this every day can make my skin sensitive. That is why I use cleansing oil about 3-4 times a week.
Finding a facial cleansing method that suits you is the most important thing. Just as some people can do anything every day without issue while others cannot, I think it would be best to find the frequency that works for you and apply this method accordingly.
That's all for now. I'll be back with clearer skin. Really? 🤣
