Please recommend a cleansing oil or cream.

I currently have some cleansing water that I bought, so I am using that.

I haven't worn much makeup since COVID, so I'm just using something lightweight.

However, lately, as I have been going out more often,

I end up wearing makeup often.

Please recommend a cleansing oil or cream that effectively removes makeup.

It's been almost three years since I've only used water-based products, so I'm curious what oil or cream types people use a lot these days.
