[Event Review] Veteran Cleansing Foam Review

I am sharing my detailed thoughts after using The Face Shop Migamsu Bright Cleansing Foam consistently for a few days 🫧

First, the texture is a cream type that is not too runny but has a moderately thick consistency when squeezed out of the tube. It feels dense from the moment I dispense it into my hand, so lather forms easily even with just a little water added. It lathers up quite richly even when using only hands, and using a foaming net creates much finer and denser bubbles, making it feel soft against the skin during cleansing.

When actually using it on the face, the lather stayed on the skin for a while without dissipating, so I felt almost no irritation while rubbing. In particular, I was able to gently cleanse even sensitive areas like the cheeks and chin without any discomfort.

The cleansing power was surprisingly thorough, exceeding my expectations. It felt like it sufficiently removed light base makeup or sunscreen without the need for a first cleanse, and on days when I wore makeup, using it after a first cleanse left a clean finish with no residue. When I touched my face after washing, my skin felt refined rather than slippery, giving the impression that impurities had been effectively removed. 💦

Since it is a mildly alkaline formula with strong cleansing power, I was concerned about dryness, but the tightness immediately after washing was not very severe. However, rather than leaving a dewy, hydrated finish, it felt more like a "cleanly washed" sensation, so it was best to apply skincare immediately after cleansing. For combination skin, the T-zone felt fresh, while the U-zone did not feel significantly uncomfortable.

The scent wasn't strong but spread subtly, so it wasn't overwhelming to use, and since it wasn't artificial, it was suitable for daily use 🌿

I naturally recalled coming across this product in the past as my family used it, but after using it again this time, I understood why it has been consistently loved for so long. The price is also affordable, so I thought it would be suitable for cleaning brushes as well.

After using it morning and evening for a few days, I felt my skin texture becoming more refined overall, and I was satisfied that the shine was reduced even on oily days. It felt reassuring to be able to use it without irritation, even on days when breakouts occurred.

Overall, it was a cleansing foam with a well-balanced lather, cleansing power, and texture. I felt it was a product that stayed true to the basics, cleansing cleanly without irritation. It is a great product for daily use without any burden, so I think I will keep reaching for it 🫧✨
