What would be a good cleansing foam for dry skin? My skin is so dry.

My skin is so dry these days, so I'm thinking about switching my cleansing foam.
I used to just use products that lather well, but after washing my face, it feels tight and flaky right away...
Perhaps because it is winter
Severe tightness immediately after washing face
Flaking skin on the cheeks
It feels like it doesn't absorb well even after applying skincare.
I keep having these symptoms 😢
I've been looking into it because I heard it's good to use a slightly acidic product for dry skin,
Also, I'm worried that if the cleansing power is too weak, the sunscreen won't come off...
✔️ A moisturizing product with decent cleansing power
✔️ A product that doesn't leave your face feeling tight after washing
