I'm really worried about my acne. How are you managing it?

I am very stressed because I keep getting acne. Since this has happened repeatedly, I often get confused about what to do. How do you all manage yours? If you have any good products or methods that have consistently worked for you, I would be very grateful if you could let me know.
It would be really great if there were something that could soothe the skin without irritation while also preventing acne. I would appreciate it if you could share some information.
