Sharing a home care routine to keep your scalp fresh all day long

I have been bothered for a while by a subtle odor coming from my scalp every afternoon,

It has improved a lot as I consistently changed my management routine.

The first thing I pay attention to is the shampooing method,

I found it important to cleanse the scalp gently, massaging it with your fingertips rather than your fingernails.

I wash the areas behind the ears and the crown of the head especially thoroughly because they have a lot of sebum.

It is also important to rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water after shampooing to ensure no residue remains.

And when drying your hair, use a hairdryer rather than letting it air dry.

I tend to dry out my scalp completely.

If you leave it half-dried, the smell rises more easily.

I use a scalp scaling product about 1 to 2 times a week to remove dead skin cells and impurities, and

Avoiding hair products that were too heavy also helped.

Because I take consistent care of it like this, I stay refreshed all day long,

I hardly have to worry about smells anymore, unlike before.
