I'm sure there are many of you whose skin becomes much more sensitive than usual whenever the seasons change. I also frequently experience sudden dryness, redness, or small breakouts during this time, so I always pay close attention to taking care of my skin.

So these days, I am managing my skin with a routine that minimizes irritation and provides ample hydration and moisture.

 

First of all, I am paying attention to washing my face.

During the change of seasons, the skin barrier tends to weaken easily, so I plan to use a mild cleanser rather than a product with too strong cleansing power.

I found that using lukewarm water instead of hot water when washing my face, and lathering up sufficiently before washing gently, helps reduce skin irritation.

After washing your face, it is also important to remove moisture by patting it gently rather than rubbing it with a towel.
