Could it be because it's dry?

It's the same with back acne, but I'm getting breakouts along my collarbone line. It goes quiet for about two weeks, then flares up, then goes quiet again, and then flares up again.

Could you please recommend some body lotions or care products?

    저도 몸드름 많이 나는데요! 올리브영에 썸블라썸 바디 미스트(파란색)가 있는데 이거 샤워 후에 뿌려주면 확실히 트러블도 잘 안올라오고 가슴윗부분도 깨끗해지더라고요!
그리거 스크럽은 비추입니다ㅠㅠ 오히려 더 빨개질 수도 있고 몸드름에 그닥 효과는 없더라고요!

    몸이 건조한 편이면 자잘자잘하게 올라올 수도 있어요! 원래 좁쌀여드름은 건조한 피부에서 수분손실 막기 위해 피지가 활동하면서 올라온다더라고요! 촉촉하게 로션 바르는 것도 좋고 시카 성분 들어간 바디미스트도 수시로 뿌리는 걸 추천해요! 여드름완화기능성 바디워시 같은 경우는 오히려 수분을 너무 뺏을 수도 있어서 저는 비추천ㅜㅜ 땀이나 유분이 많아서 염증성여드름이 많은 경우엔 여드름완화기능성도 괜찮은데 좁쌀은 속수분+보습관리부터 해보아요!
