What should I do during the change of seasons?

I can see breakouts on my face whenever the seasons change.

But since I'm not trying to apply it properly, it doesn't look very pretty.

Is there anything that can prevent facial irritation without requiring much application?

Or it would be nice if there were at least something I could do with minimal irritation.

It's already starting to feel like autumn.
