I am concerned about skin care and treating milia during the change of seasons.

Care for milia during the change of seasons; I am worried because my skin has become sensitive.
Recently, small, bumpy pimples have been continuously appearing on my face, making my skin texture uneven, which is causing me a lot of depression and stress.
Especially as we enter the transitional season like now, with strong winds and large temperature fluctuations, my skin seems to be becoming more sensitive and my small pimples appearing even more prominent.

In my own way, I have been consistently treating my milia using oil-soluble exfoliating ingredients (BHA series) to help expel sebum from my pores.

I'm not sure if it's due to the season, but my skin feels tight and sensitive, so I'm wondering if continuing to use this ingredient is the right acne care method for my current skin condition.
I am concerned that my skin barrier might break down, potentially causing even bigger problems.

I am seeking advice from those who have experienced this.

I am concerned about skin care and treating milia during the change of seasons.
Should I adjust the frequency of using exfoliating ingredients (BHA) when my skin is dry and sensitive like it is now?
Also, I am not sure whether to combine exfoliation with functional ingredients that help with skin turnover.

If so, whether to separate the days of the week using the two components,
Or I am wondering if focusing only on moisturizing and soothing during this period would be better for caring for milia.

I am concerned about skin care and treating milia during the change of seasons. Ugh... this is too difficult.
