This toner is suitable for use as a wipe-off toner on oily or combination skin. It has a watery texture, so it leaves your skin feeling smooth and clean after use. It might be slightly drying for those with dry skin, but if you use a lot, it can even be used as a skin pack. The large size is a big plus. Anyway, I recommend it.
