I recommend Belif's basic toner.

I have combination skin. I tried the Belif Bergamot Herbal Extract Toner, and I really like the pleasant herbal scent and how moisturizing it is.

It has a viscous and opaque texture rather than a light application! It is quite moisturizing, so it hydrates well. Even though my skin is on the sensitive side, I find myself reaching for it often, so it seems to contain gentle ingredients.
