Rootree Phyto Ground Purifying Cream Toner Review

I've used various toners, but this is the one I'm currently using because I liked the sample.

It has a slight viscosity and spreads smoothly when applied.

I have oily, acne-prone skin, but it suits me well and doesn't cause any breakouts haha.

I think I've found my holy grail toner.
