Despite being called a cream toner, it isn't sticky or anything; it feels very refreshing. I think there is nothing better than this for replenishing inner dryness during the toner step.

You can include this in your morning and evening skincare routines. Usually, people tend to avoid heavy products in their morning routine because of makeup, but this cream toner pairs so well with base makeup that it could even be considered a product that helps makeup apply perfectly. Therefore, you don't need to separate morning and evening use; it is great for using continuously from the changing seasons through winter. In winter, I sometimes soak my skin in the toner step, almost like the "7-step toner" routine. Honestly, it looks a bit unattractive with the pump attached, but that's not to say you're using it in the shape of a cosmetic product. Try using it more conveniently with the mist pump attached than the standard container.
