Anyone please recommend a skin toner that can take care of hydration and elasticity during the changing seasons?

If I don't apply something immediately after washing my face, my skin feels really tight.

The toner I am currently using is Estée Lauder Micro Essence. I have been using it for so long, and I would like to switch to a slightly more affordable Korean product, so I would like to get some recommendations.
