Are there any non-sticky sunscreens that are good to use in the summer?

Now that the weather is getting hot, applying sunscreen feels so stuffy.

The one I'm using now is moisturizing, but by the afternoon, my face gets extremely oily...

Especially if you apply it before makeup, the base might smudge, and
My bangs keep sticking to my forehead, which is actually kind of stressful.

In summer, it provides a somewhat matte finish, yet
I want to use a product that doesn't leave a strong white cast.
When I actually looked into it, there were so many types that it was hard to choose.

Among those with combination or oily skin
Have you ever had a sunscreen that was okay to apply before makeup?

Avoid products that are too matte and dry out
Please recommend a moderately refreshing sunscreen!
