✨ Mineral, Chemical, Sun Serum?! Confusing sun products? This post sorts everything out!! ☀️

Hello! I'm woniii, a member of the 9th Unnie's Pouch Supporters.

Today, we're going to take some time to compare several confusing sunscreen formulations.

Sunscreen (Mineral & Hybrid) vs. Sun Serum

If you're curious about the differences, please read to the end,,🥹🩷
(For your reference, all the products I am introducing now are sunscreens that meet SPF50+ and PA++++ standards!)

  1. Round Lab Pine Soothing Cica Mineral Sunscreen

✨ Mineral, Chemical, Sun Serum?! Confusing sun products? This post sorts everything out!! ☀️

first mineral sunscreen no see.

📍 What is the formulation?
Mineral sunscreens use zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, etc., to provide a film-like sensation on the skin surface.

Round Lab Pine Soothing Cica Mineral Sunscreen has a lotion-cream texture that isn't too watery! 🌿

📍 How to wrap it up?
- In the case of mineral sunscreens, a white cast is present, and the finish is soft and matte.
Round Lab Pine Soothing Cica Mineral Sunscreen is relatively moisturizing even among mineral sunscreens, so it boasts a soft yet non-drying finish!

📍 Recommended Point!!
- For those with sensitive, acne-prone skin!
- For those looking for a mineral sunscreen that isn't too matte!

📍 Points not recommended 😥
- For those who do not want a cloudy appearance
- For those with dry skin, using hybrid or chemical sunscreens is... best!

2. Edit B Sunday Tone-Up Sun Serum

The second one is Sun Serum no see.

📍 What is the formulation?
Edit B Sunday Tone-Up Sun Serum contains 54% of a moisturizing serum with 5 types of hyaluronic acid, allowing you to replenish moisture while providing sun care!

Because it is a water-based formulation, the proportion of moisturizing ingredients is higher than that of oil.
The key is that it absorbs quickly into the skin! 💧

The feature of Edit B Tone-Up Sun Serum is this capsule.
The capsules in the serum burst to supply moisture to the skin.

📍 How to wrap it up?
It is a sun serum that absorbs quickly and feels very hydrating.
With a dewy finish, your skin glows!
(However, those with oily skin might feel a slight shine... but since it gives a dewy glow, it wasn't an overwhelming shine for me!)

📍Recommended Point!!
- For those who want skin tone correction --> Especially!! A purple tone-up for those with yellowish and dull skin.
- For those who want tone-up, primer, and UV protection all in one.

📍Points Not Recommended 😥
- It tends to pill slightly and accentuate dead skin cells.
- The staying power is a bit weak..!

3. Dalba Pink Tone-Up Sunscreen

The last one is Hybrid sunscreen no see.

Hybrid Sunscreen: Organic Sunscreen + Inorganic Sunscreen
The organic filter minimizes grayish white cast, while the inorganic filter maximizes a natural pink tone-up!

📍 What is the formulation?
Dalba Pink Tone-Up Sun Cream is a product that boasts a smooth application without being stiff.
It also has the advantage of leaving minimal white cast and applying evenly and thinly.

📍 How to wrap it up?
Unlike sun serums, Dalba Pink Tone-Up Sun Cream does not absorb directly into the skin; instead, it leaves a film on the surface, adding a dewy glow effect!

However... this water-glow effect
Dry skin -> Expresses a moist glow
Oily skin -> May manifest as excessive shine. 😰
(Since I also have combination skin... I found this product to be a bit too oily.)

📍Recommended Point!!
- For those who want to brighten their skin tone -> A natural and radiant tone-up is possible.
- For those with dry skin who want a radiant complexion

📍Points Not Recommended 😥
- Those with oily or combination skin may find it a bit too oily!

It has a distinctive smell, and I think it's a scent that people will either love or hate!
