What is the difference between tone-up cream and tone-up sunscreen?

Does anyone happen to know the difference between tone-up cream and tone-up sunscreen?

My skin is basically dry, but my T-zone is combination, so I have to be really careful when choosing products.

 

I understand that tone-up cream primarily functions as a makeup base to brighten and correct skin tone, while tone-up sunscreen includes UV protection in addition to that function...

When I actually used it, I found the application, longevity, and breakdown pattern to be a bit different.

 

As I have dry skin, I like the moisturizing finish that doesn't cause tightness, but I'm worried that oil will build up in my T-zone by the afternoon, causing it to cake or settle into creases.

So, what I'm wondering is,

 

1. Is it suitable for both dry and combination skin types?

 

2. Does it stay neat in the afternoon without flaking or clumping?

 

3. Does it make the skin look brighter even when used alone, without feeling heavy or stuffy?
