Sunscreen for dry skin

I am looking for a sunscreen for my dry skin. The rest of my face is dry but seems clear. However, I have a lot of freckles and blemishes around my eyelids, and new ones are starting to appear. I think this is because I cannot apply sunscreen properly to this area.

It's been a while since I applied sunscreen around my eyes. My eyes keep stinging.

So I wash my face again.

Is there a sunscreen for dry skin that doesn't sting the eyes? Or what kind of sunscreen is good for dry skin?
