I'm curious about the difference between mineral sunscreen and chemical sunscreen.

As the title says, I'm curious about the difference between mineral sunscreen and chemical sunscreen.

It says it's a sunscreen for oily-dehydrated skin, but I can't even tell if it's a mineral or chemical sunscreen.

Do I choose between mineral and chemical sunscreens based on my skin type?

Or is it a difference in function? Haha, well, I don't know anything at all.
My skin is generally on the dry side, so products with some moisture suit me well.
Is a moisturizing sunscreen good for dry skin like mine a mineral sunscreen or a chemical sunscreen? Please let me know if you know~~~~
