Will blackhead laser treatment be effective?

I have severe blackheads, so no matter how much I try to take care of them at home, I'm not satisfied with the results. Skincare requires consistency and diligence, but I guess it's because I only do it whenever I remember. That is why I am considering laser treatment. I hear that lasers effectively remove sebum from pores and refine skin texture, but I'm hesitant because I'm not sure if the satisfaction will be worth the price.

Has anyone tried laser treatment at a dermatology clinic for severe blackheads?
