Is sebum softener effective?

Hello, this is Sebum Rich. No matter how much I get rid of this darn sebum, it keeps coming back, so I am stuck in a vicious cycle. How do you all usually manage your sebum? Even though I try to manage it daily, the sebum that appears every day drives me crazy. Is it okay to use a sebum softener daily? Or is it meant for intensive care? I am curious if the effect is minimal like other products, or if I can expect results from this one at least.
