Does my personal color change if my face gets tanned?

Since my face is on the fairer side, I had a skin texture that suited pink.

My face has gotten much more tanned from walking and being outdoors, and it has become darker than my fair complexion, so I am wondering if my personal color has changed.

My previous clothes were mostly bright colors and pink suited me well, but lately it feels like they don't quite fit, which makes me upset. I'm really worried about whether I should change my makeup routine or buy new clothes to go out.
