Point error

The day before yesterday, it showed up in the 400s, so I clicked the double bonus and received a tiny amount. I didn't realize it would drop back then, so I couldn't click it. Today it showed up in the 400s again, but when I clicked double points, I only got 20; the customer support inquiry banner isn't even clickable. Please fix this.
