I see "personal color" mentioned on YouTube and places like that. Honestly, women's appearances change so much just from dyeing their hair or makeup, so I wonder if it really has any meaning? I sometimes think that if my skin tone is yellowish, it would be correct to consider me an autumn or warm tone, right? Since a lot of people have black hair these days, I'm wondering what kind of personal color eyeshadow I should use.
