My facial flushing on my cheeks gets worse whenever winter comes around.

It seems like I usually get facial flushing only in the winter. My cheeks get even redder when I go from being outside in the cold to a warm place. Are there any specific cosmetics that are good for facial flushing? I haven't used any cosmetics specifically designed for it yet.
