I get a lot of facial flushing. Are there any skincare products that are good for redness?

Maybe it's because it's winter, but my facial flushing gets worse when I'm exposed to the wind.

I tend to have redness, so I tend to wear my makeup a bit white.

Since I wear white makeup... my skin looks cakey and I have a lot of dead skin cells, so I'm worried.
