Please recommend a moisturizing cream that helps with skin elasticity.

My skin has become dry and rough now that winter has arrived.

So, to improve skin elasticity, I apply Vaseline only to the tight areas after applying lotion.

Vaseline is fine to apply before bed, but

It’s a bit of a hassle to apply and go out normally, isn’t it? It’s sticky...

So, I would like to get recommendations from you for a moisturizing cream that is good for skin elasticity.

I would like it to be a chewy texture.
