나이 탓도 있는 것 같아요. 나이 드니 살 안빠져도 탄력저하로 살가죽 쳐지는게 느껴지더라고요ㅠㅠ 허벅지 가죽 쳐져서 무릎 윗부분에 쌓여 주름 지는 기분ㅠㅠ 근육이 없어서 더 그런 것 같아요.

I'm on a diet these days, but I have really thick thighs.
Well, I didn't really lose much weight either~ about 2.5kg??
Even though I'm losing weight through consistent exercise... the skin on my thighs feels strangely flabby and lacks elasticity.
Just looking at the legs, the hands feel a bit firmer...
Strangely, the texture of the outer skin feels like it is slightly separated from the flesh underneath...
Is it just because I'm getting old?
People who were extremely obese but lost a lot of weight, or
I suppose it's understandable for weight lost without exercise, but........
My skin has become strangely dry and lacks elasticity...
Could my skin type change or something like that as I get older?
