Combination skin texture

Maybe it's because I have combination skin that it's so hard to manage my texture and tone... Even when I try to take measures suitable for my skin, various kinds of breakouts frequently occur. Pigmentation is common, but red blemishes pop up often as well. I don't know if it's because I have a lot of heat in my upper body, or if it's a side effect from the hair dye since I dye it every month. I even visited an Oriental medicine doctor, but it seems there is no definitive solution... Currently, I am simply using cosmetics for sensitive skin. I use a toner with Centella, but even that caused redness as a side effect.
