I'm worried about uneven skin texture and prominent pores.

I used to have acne-prone skin, but it has gotten better lately. Now that the acne is gone, I can see the uneven texture and enlarged pores. Even when I apply makeup, it doesn't look great because of the bumps and pores. Since I have oily skin, using powder accentuates the unevenness and makes my skin look cakey, but if I don't, it gets greasy just the way it is. I'm really struggling with this. You know that feeling where your skin looks amazing right after applying makeup, but then it goes crazy as soon as you get to school? I'm so worried. Please help me.
