Scrub products with granules? Will using them frequently damage my skin? One more question~

I noticed there were several types of exfoliating textures...

The one I'm using right now is Skinfood's famous Honey Sugar product.

There are some fine granules in it... They are sugar particles, but they melt well when rolled, so it doesn't really feel stimulating...

After using it, I feel like it moisturizes really well. It also seems to exfoliate effectively.

The scent is sweet, too... haha. But after rinsing it off, it feels a bit slippery...

I also feel like my skin has become incredibly soft.

In the past, there were some exfoliating products that had granules and felt rough...

When I use products like that, I somehow feel like dead skin cells are being removed effectively..

If I use such products frequently, will it cause invisible skin damage?

Another question is...

Whiteheads and dead skin cells? Please recommend some good products for this...

The line around the mouth, the area below the lips, the chin... the sides of the nose, the cheeks... area...

I'm worried.
