It feels like winter is coming soon. My biggest worry when winter comes is... dry, flaky skin around my mouth. ㅠㅠ Strangely, I don't get any flaking on my cheeks or forehead, but I get a lot of it around my mouth. So I try to apply moisturizer intensively, but as soon as water touches my skin after brushing my teeth following lunch at work, the flakes flare up instantly. If I apply cream in that state, it leaves streaks under my makeup. ㅠㅠ Is anyone else experiencing this?
