How should I manage dead skin cells on my nose?

I can't skip removing sebum, but whenever I cleanse it, dead skin cells always start to flake off the next day.

But if I apply a lot of cream again, it gets oily all over again...

It was fine in the summer, but now that the cold wind is blowing, it's starting to get worse.

Applying an oil-free moisturizing mask or lotion doesn't seem to work well, but if I use something oily, all the sebum cleansing goes to waste. I really don't know what to do.

I want to hydrate my skin while avoiding my pores. Is there a way to do that?
