I have combination skin; is it okay to use the product for dry skin?

At first, I thought I had dry skin, but

I looked up how to find out your skin type online and tried it, and it turned out to be for combination skin.

But somehow I thought the one for dry skin would be better for moisturizing, so...

I am just using the one for dry skin, though.

I do wonder if it's okay to keep doing this.

Would that be okay?
