What criteria should be used to manage combination skin?

My T-zone is oily but my U-zone is dry, and on my body, the parts that sweat a lot are oily, but my legs and arms are dry.

So if I apply something light, other parts of my body get dry and peel.

It is best to manage each area separately, but considering the expiration date after opening, buying two types to use on different parts is a bit of a burden.

It's a hassle, too.

For my body, I just need to apply body lotion to the dry areas, but for my face, I can't just skip applying it because it's oily...

How do people with combination skin like me handle this?

Do you buy separate products for oily and dry skin and apply them individually? ㅠㅠ
