Since my skin is on the fairer side, I think my freckles and age spots stand out easily.

Once melasma appears, does it never go away?

To be honest, I didn't really feel any effect from using cosmetics.

I've heard that if I get a procedure at the hospital, the relief is only temporary and it comes back, so I'm really worried.

What is a good treatment for melasma? Is it a procedure? Or maybe cosmetics? ㅠㅠ

피부과에서 시술 받아도 다시 올라오는 경우도 많아서 많이 생기기 전에 병원 상담 받아보시고
평소에 선크림 꼭꼭 챙겨바르고 면역력이랑도 관련있으니 비타민 영양제, 관련 화장품도 챙겨바르시면서 관리하면 그나마 유지라도 되는 것 같아요~
