What do you do when roll-on perfume doesn't come out properly?!

I use Dior products, and with roll-on perfumes, sometimes I don't feel like it's applying properly, so I wonder if it's even working. However, when I compare it to when it comes out well later, the difference is quite noticeable.

It doesn't come out even when I shake it, so I wonder if I have to tap it...!! I'm curious how others solve this problem and use it.

At first, I didn't even realize it hadn't been applied properly, so I actually used it like a placebo... hahaha.

If anyone knows a solution, please share your tips!
