Is it really bad to dry your face with a towel after washing it?
A while ago, while casually drying my face with a towel after washing it, a thought suddenly crossed my mind.
These days, I've noticed that many people don't wipe their faces with a towel after washing them, but instead let them dry naturally or use disposable face towels.
I have always thought it was natural to dry my face with a towel after washing it.
However, after hearing that the friction of a towel is not good for facial skin, I suddenly wondered if the habit I have been practicing every day was okay.
But I'm not sure if just leaving it with the moisture still remaining might make the skin even drier.
If I use clean towels and replace them frequently, is there no major problem?
Or I am confused whether it is better not to use even a clean towel on the face.
I heard that the skin is more sensitive than usual, especially right after washing your face.
I am wondering if there is a difference between pressing firmly with a towel and rubbing.
I wonder if I was unnecessarily irritating my skin because of a trivial habit.
How do you all handle the water on your face after washing it?
Perhaps because it is a habit I have had for a long time, when I actually thought about it, I realized that I didn't know the exact method.
