Will using a face mask every day really improve my skin?
Lately, when I watch skincare videos, I've noticed quite a few people using a face mask every day.
I've heard a lot of people say that if you do it consistently every day, your skin becomes moisturized and your texture improves, so I'm thinking about giving it a try.
I only use a face mask occasionally when my skin feels dry, and I can definitely say that my skin feels a bit more hydrated the next day and my makeup seems to apply better.
However, I'm not sure if doing this every day would have a similar effect, or if it might actually be a burden on my skin.
Especially since some people say their skin has become sensitive from using face masks every day, I am hesitant to try it myself because I'm worried my skin might break out.
Has anyone actually tried using a face mask every day?
I am curious to know if my skin changed after doing this consistently for a few weeks, and I would appreciate it if you could also let me know which packs were best and how to use them.
