Do I need to apply the setting spray first and then use a puff to ensure it adheres well?

Summer... the base feels like it's melting

The heatwave has been continuing day after day.

Basically, since I apply sunscreen, I end up using my base makeup as well...

After applying base, I used to just spray on a setting spray and let it dry. But I've heard that to get a better setting effect, you can also pat it in with a puff to help it adhere better. Is there a difference between using a puff and not using one?

Will it be quite big...? I suddenly got curious, so I'm asking.
