뽀송하게 하려면 파우더 해야되지요 저도 하고있답니다
I have dry skin so I don't usually use powder, but since I apply various things...
It only controls the oil around the eyes.
If I don't use powder, I end up looking like a panda after doing my eye makeup haha.
