Failed Etude Sebum Control Powder bought with my own money

The product I bought with my own money this week is a failure: the Etude Sebum Control Powder.

The price was 8,000 won, but I bought it for 6,400 won on sale.

It claims to capture sebum with light, transparent fine powder to create fresh, matte skin...

Well... it's okay up to the lightweight and transparent fine powder part... but I'm not sure if it controls sebum. It feels matte, though...

It's strange... It feels like a powdery film has been applied to slightly oily skin. It's shiny on the inside, but matte on the outside.

When I mix the oil and powder, it doesn't clump, but the texture feels strange to the touch. It feels like it has turned into coarse powder.

The particles seem a bit large... and the powder feels like it's sitting on the surface and sliding around... It's also hard to dry evenly, so it seems to clump... I've just been spraying it on my hair when I haven't washed it...
