Innisfree Pore Blur Powder

The product itself is fine.

Whether you have acne or not, it doesn't cause breakouts when you use it and makes your skin really soft and matte.

But before I bought it, I was told not to tear off the seal completely because a lot of powder comes out, so I only tore it off a little, but there was still way too much powder.

Even if I shake it vigorously, my face turns white, so I don't know what to do.

It's kind of a failed attempt, so how can I use it well?
