It's still dry even after spraying mist. Is that okay?

I lived without really knowing what dryness or tightness was.

And I was someone for whom blotting paper was essential.

Now that I've passed my 40s, I no longer need oil blotting papers and have started making sure to apply moisturizer.

The problem is that at some point I started feeling dryness, and

In the end, I found myself scratching because it itched. Especially when my forehead turned red, I couldn't scratch it because it itched, so I would press it with my fingernails or...

It was patting, but the itching wasn't relieved.

It's strange, isn't it? As you can see in the photo, it looks moisturizing because of the shine, but it's actually dry.

So, spraying mist has become a habit.

I bought an oil mist and have been spraying it frequently, but it seems to just make the surface shinier and lack moisture.

I couldn't feel it.

I originally intended not to use spray mists because I heard they make things drier, but I thought it might be okay since they contain oil. Was that just my misconception? Do you guys use mists? It's still dry even after spraying mist. Is that okay?
