This is the Tirtir My Glow Glow Cushion. It is a base makeup cushion that is incredibly moisturizing, so it applies perfectly to my dry skin. However, since it is a hydrating product, the coverage isn't great, so if you need coverage, you will likely need to use a separate concealer.

The color brightens up your face, and since it is a moisturizing tint, you can even use it as a substitute for lip balm. My lips tend to be dry, so I usually use hydrating products; however, even among moisturizing tints, some cause dead skin cells to flak, but this product adheres perfectly like a lip balm. If you can't stand dry lips, give this a try.
