Recommendations for Summer Cool Light, matte cheeks, and flaky-free lips!

❝ Room & Better Than Cheek WO2 Strawberry Milk ❞

First of all, I get flushed from the heat in the summer and from the cold wind in the winter, so I use blush.

My skin type turns into a burning sweet potato if I use it wrong.. 😞

So, after always searching for a blush that goes on 'clear and light,' I finally settled on a Room & product and wanted to introduce it to you!💗

 

This product has a similar feel to Blueberry Chip from Room &’s other Chip Series, but it is a milky pink color with less redness and lower saturation!

My skin gets extremely dry in the winter, but I was very satisfied because I never once felt my skin cracking or experiencing dryness after using this! Room & blushes always have a lot of fallout, but the colors are so soft and pretty that I just can't give them up. If you are worried about powder fallout, I recommend putting a small amount on a brush, gently tapping it 2-3 times on a tissue, and then using it. The color payoff didn't show up well on the screen, but since it applies clearly and softly, I recommend layering small amounts to achieve your desired level of saturation! ☺️

Also, it goes well with most other cool-toned makeup products that you can easily find at Olive Young, so I think it would be good to have one as a safe, versatile item.

❝Romand Juicy Lasting Tint - Bare Grape❞

This is a product that is super famous as a tint for cool summer tones! I brought it along because it pairs so well with the cheek product I introduced above 🫶🏻 The color is a lukewarm red grape shade that looks naturally beautiful on the lips compared to when tested on the back of the hand! Honestly, regardless of your personal color, if you like lukewarm tones, this is a color that I think would suit everyone 💗

It’s great as a base lip, and I use other lipsticks as a base first, then use this product to add a pop of color to the inner part of my lips!

The color payoff is clear and light, making it beautiful to layer. Also, it doesn't accentuate dry patches at all, so it's great for raising the saturation to your desired level!

However, as you can see in the photo above, the staining really almost completely disappears..! I prefer tints that don't stain, so I am satisfied with it, but I do not recommend using it for a long time without touch-ups!

It has a full glossy finish when you first apply it, but the gloss fades over time, making it suitable for use all year round! ✨
