Moisturizing cream for dry skin

Since I have dry skin, I think it is right to apply a moisturizing cream for dry skin during the day on hot days to keep it hydrated.

If you apply moisturizer for dry skin before makeup in the morning, it gets sticky from sweat, you know.

If I apply base makeup on top of that, the cream tends to get absorbed.

Needless to say, the facts are...

Even that Estée Lauder foundation with good coverage gets absorbed like this quickly, starting from the morning.

Please share some recommendations for an effective daytime moisturizer for dry skin.
