Is there a moisturizing cream for inner dryness that is perfect for sensitive skin?

Lately, my skin feels fine on the surface, but it feels like it's constantly dry underneath.

No matter how much moisturizer I apply, my skin feels tight quickly, and my makeup doesn't go on well, so I'm really stressed out.

I'm wondering if there are any good moisturizing creams for inner dryness.

I think I need a moisturizing cream that hydrates deep inside rather than just the surface, but I'm really struggling to decide which product to use.

I have sensitive skin, so please recommend a moisturizing cream for inner dryness that is non-irritating, absorbs well, and keeps skin hydrated for a long time.

The product I am currently using is Bring Green Tea Tree Cica Soothing Cream Plus.

This product is good, but I think it's more suitable as a moisturizer for oily skin rather than for inner dryness.
